Through out my weightloss journey, I’ve tried many diet including Paleo, Keto, 21 day vegan diet that lasted for only 3 days to name a few. Im always irritated when i hear weightloss gurus blab about how anti-diet they are. Honestly for me weightloss is weightloss at the end of the day. Whether your option is the knife or a high fat low-carb diet it does not affect my oxygen levels. We need to chill and be less judgemental. Until you find a diet or a eating lifestyle that works for you and your body i say keep searching babe….
