Current weight: 92.1kg
Total weight loss: 1.8kg
Weight to lose: 20.3kg
Where do I begin? I went vegan, I feel energized, I am more productive, I lost 1.8 kg in the first week of my weight loss journey. One thing I am confident about is that my body responds very well to a lifestyle change. Therefore I know why I gained, how I will lose the weight and keep it off.
This past week I cheated twice, on New Year’s day and the day after during our family outing. I don’t plan to have cheat meals or days throughout my journey but I plan to reward myself for every 5kg I loose with a reward meal.
I am super excited for the coming week and looking forward to its victories. I am 20kg away from my goal and the even number is my motivation.
I didn’t do any type of exercise this week but I’m planning to start running and go to the gym a lot from week 2.
