Weight to lose: 20.3kg
Where do i begin? I went vegan, i feel energised, i am more productive, I lost 1.8 kg on my first week of my weightloss journey. One thing i am confident about is that my body respond very well to a lifestyle change. Therefore i know why I gained, how i will loose the weight and keep it off.
This past week i cheated twice, on New Year’s day and the day after during our family outing. I don’t plan to have cheat meals or days throughout my journey but i plan to reward myself for every 5kg i loose with a reward meal.
I am super excited for the coming week and looking forward to its victories. I am 20kg away from my goal and the even number is my motivation.
I didn’t do any type of exercise this week but im planning to start running and go to the gym a lot from week 2.
